We care for children 6 weeks to 12 years old and design activities to help kids at all stages of development learn and grow through purposeful play. Our bill-by-the-minute system ensures you’re only paying for the care you need and not a minute more.

Learning Through Play While You’re Away
Wanna Play Playcare pioneered the concept of learning-focused, flexible daycare in our community. We want to be your child’s comfortable second-home where they can learn, play, and grow while you’re away. Kids actually look forward to being dropped off at Wanna Play! Our goal is to make sure every child in our care has an extraordinary experience.
The life of a parent can be hectic (and often that’s an understatement!), and Wanna Play makes high-quality child care simple and accessible to more families. All you have to do is register, and you’re ready to use our drop-in services whenever you need help. We even have extended evening and weekend hours to make the after-work commute and weekend errand runs less stressful!
You can tailor your Wanna Play program to suit your family’s specific needs. We don’t do cookie cutter daycare at Wanna Play! We’re all about flexibility and customization.

Snacks & Meals
We offer complimentary snacks of animal crackers and water during each visit, but you’re welcome to send along a snack from home as well, as long as it doesn’t contain any peanut products.
We also offer a full menu of kid-friendly meals, so your child can enjoy a delicious, nutritious dinner while they’re working on homework after school, or have their breakfast and lunch at Wanna Play during their flexible preschool time.

Showing children that learning can be a fun, joyful experience sets them up to be lifelong learners who are always ready to seek out new challenges.
When children learn through play, they’re able to develop fine and gross motor skills, learn critical problem solving, make connections with other kids, and experiment in their own unique way.

A Safe, Secure Second-Home for Your Child
Your child’s safety and security are always our priority. Every member of our staff is fully screened, background checked, and trained in CPR and first aid, and we only work with childcare professionals who are passionate about fostering a warm, safe environment for every child and parent who walks through our doors. Our playcare centers are each staffed by a full-time, licensed Director who ensures that our standards are maintained without exception.
Our playcare centers are always kept clean and sanitary. We take food allergies and sensitivities seriously, and we ask that you don’t send any peanut products with your child. When you register your child, we ask that you disclose all food allergies and sensitivities so that we can take every precaution to make sure they don’t come in contact with triggering foods. If you’d rather they only eat food you send, we’re happy to accommodate that request as well!
